The newly created role of B2B Marketing Director will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as the growth leader for two of Confie’s fastest-growing businesses, Confie BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and DataRadar. Confie BPO is an established and rapidly expanding service center for top US financial and insurance companies. DataRadar is an innovative SaaS platform that ensures data quality for Snowflake and Databricks-integrated companies. The B2B Marketing Director will lead

brand building

and

qualified lead generation

for these two growth, star quadrant businesses. The Director will also play a supporting and advisory role for Confie M&A and Franchise development, which both focus on outreach to entrepreneurs. The successful Director will thrive at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and is able to establish and raise brand presence while fueling a qualified sales pipeline through digital, event, and content-driven initiatives. Will partner with sales, product/service delivery, and the skills of the extended Marketing Team to create integrated marketing campaigns, targeted executions, and create a scalable demand-generation engine. The right fit Director has a deep experience and passion for brand development, paid & organic lead generation, and CRM-based lead nurturing including critical tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, GA4, and development of webinars, whitepapers, press releases, and event materials. Lead development and execution of B2B brand strategy for ConfieBPO and DataRadar, ensuring consistent voice, positioning, and visual identity – with executive support. Oversee and provide clear briefs for execution of multi-channel, qualified lead generation campaigns, including paid and organic digital efforts across Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. Provide direction and input to SEO and website design. Director will have the ability to partner with a skilled team of SEO and web development experts, but must be able to draft a clear strategic briefs and engaging, persuasive core content. Lead development of high-quality thought-leadership assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, video); the Director will have access to a strong Marketing Team as a resource, but must be able to draft clear briefs and clear content direction to effectively leverage these partners. Design and oversee the Event Marketing strategy and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and client-facing programs; will have budget responsibility within agreed guardrails for this program Set up and direct oversight of Hubspot-based CRM marketing automation to track interactions, nurture prospects, and ensure efficient lead capture, distribution, and reporting Partner with internal and external Sales Leaders for each key business to strengthen the lead nurturing funnel, reporting, and mutual current acquisition success Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, site traffic, lead flow, and overall ROI - deliver actionable insights to executive management and sales Engage with resources to deliver campaigns on time and within budget Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred 7-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience - ideally in SaaS, technology, and/or outsourcing Proven track record of building brand recognition and driving qualified lead pipelines. Critically, demonstrated ability to develop strategic vision independently and in coordination with executive leadership and stakeholders Marketing experience in technology/SaaS, insurance, healthcare, or data platform sectors is highly desirable; experience in some form of regulated industry (e.g., insurance, finance, healthcare, tech) is necessary Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar), ZoomInfo (or similar), LinkedIn, and general office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Docs) is necessary. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., AdWords, GA4, SEMRush, hRefs) and project management software (e.g., Wrike, SmartSheet) is valuable but not mandatory Strong project management skills; comfortable leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong writing skills; ability to effectively tailor breakthrough creative and/or creative briefs to engage busy executives at target client firms Experience incorporating emerging technologies, including AI and workflows, into development and lead nurturing approach Mandatory Skills: Expertise with HubSpot (primary), Salesforce, or comparable CRM/marketing automation Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound B2B demand generation, including SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn campaigns Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision, design, and lead event marketing executions (conferences, webinars, sponsorships) Excellent B2B storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to manage budgets, resources, and collaborate with internal & external partners effectively. Partnership with or membership in a high-performing marketing and sales culture organization Preferred Skills

Experience in Marketing and lead generation specific to Snowflake, Databricks, or similar SaaS-utilizing firms. Alternatively, similar experience in business outsourcing or call / service center outsourcing Familiarity with Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and similar lead prospecting tools User-level understanding of AI, RPA, and similar automation technologies that are sought by firms seeking business outsourcing and SaaS expertise support Other Duties
