As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and assisting in small sorts to meet operational standards. Utilizing an RF scan gun, you will ensure precise inventory management while maintaining effective communication with team members, leads, and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, stage, and assist in small sorts to meet pick targets.
- Utilize an RF scan gun to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Walk up to 8 miles per day to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
- Experience in pallet jack operation.
- Proficiency in picking and packing.
- Ability to sort and stage items effectively.
- Skilled in using RF scan guns.
- Forklift, cherry picker, and reach truck experience is a plus.
- Understanding of inventory management is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
