Overview Title: Project Coordinator – White Glove Delivery Service

Pay Rate: $22,86/h

Location: San Francisco, CA - 100% Remote

Responsibilities

Proactively contact dashers to set clear expectations and instructions for various white glove delivery types

Train, re-educate, and support dashers when delivery non-compliance occurs

Address dasher-related issues with empathy, urgency, and creative problem-solving

Analyze delivery data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities

Spearhead and execute workflows to meet exceptional service-level agreements (SLAs)

Communicate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes

Develop deep expertise in product features, processes, systems, and tools

Contribute to world-class customer service and operational excellence within the team

Work independently and effectively multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

2+ years’ experience as a project coordinator in technology, grocery, or convenience industries

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to undefined challenges

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Above average technological fluency and comfort with Google Sheets/data analysis

Typing speed of 40+ WPM and top-tier written communication skills, including grammar and brand tone

Willingness to work weekends and occasional extended hours (up to 60 hours/week with prior notice)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce

Previous experience in grocery, convenience, or live delivery operations
