Lead and manage large-scale commercial HVAC projects from conceptual design through completion. Develop, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resource allocation. Oversee and coordinate project phases including design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to manage documentation, schedules, and reporting. Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality, progress, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Provide mentorship and oversight to project engineers, coordinators, and junior managers. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project management, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership capacity. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC design, building codes, and industry best practices. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other relevant software tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Local to San Francisco, CA, or willing to relocate. Preferred Qualifications

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing HVAC projects in critical healthcare, data centers, or higher education environments. Background in mechanical contracting or design-build firms.
