As a Construction Estimator with SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids - 10792, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will estimate a wide range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating and payment schedules
• Ensure project maintains completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders in conjunction with construction project managers
• Perform end-of-job debrief with project managers

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous construction management experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication
• Xactimate proficiency needed

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
