Work with creative team, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects (emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social, web, display, video, etc.). Facilitate new project intakes based on business priorities. Build project plans and manage assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets. Utilize workflow management tools (Workfront) for successful project delivery. Build timelines and workflows; own and manage marketing roadmaps. Track project progress and maintain updated timelines. Proactively troubleshoot and solve project-related issues. Provide reporting for teams and leadership. Facilitate team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to meet outputs. Provide direction and support to program and creative services teams. Partner with Program Manager to improve team efficiencies, workflows, and processes. Experience Requirements
4–5+ years of direct work experience in Project Management required. 3+ years of experience with in-house creative, advertising agency, or digital marketing. 1–2 years of experience with Workfront or similar platforms. 3+ years reviewing visual design and written content. 3+ years supporting digital or social channels. Experience managing 20+ concurrent projects with shifting priorities. Ability to independently drive tactical and strategic initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguous situations. Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
