Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points. Develop personas based on research to guide design decisions. Map user journeys to identify opportunities for improved experiences. Organize and structure content to make it intuitive and accessible. Create sitemaps, navigation structures, and taxonomies to improve information discovery. Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize layout, navigation, and interactions. Design detailed user flows to ensure seamless experiences. Apply common interaction patterns and micro-interactions to ensure intuitive design. Use prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to create interactive prototypes. Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, brand-aligned, and optimized for usability. Apply typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy to deliver polished designs. Ensure responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Create and maintain design systems or work with existing ones such as Material Design or Ant Design to ensure consistency. Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review. Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback for improvements. Work as a UI/UX expert with experience in building AI chatbots. Design AI-based conversational UIs and guided flows using trained models. Utilize skills in React, AI, CSS, and cross-browser design. Skills
Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and focus groups. Ability to develop user personas and journey maps based on research findings. Knowledge of information architecture including structuring content, sitemaps, and taxonomies. Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong visual design skills including UI design, typography, color, and layout. Experience in responsive design for multiple devices. Ability to create and maintain design systems for consistent user experience. Experience in usability testing and iterative design improvements. UI expertise with experience in AI chatbot design.
