Tax Senior No CPA required

We are actively seeking both an Tax Staff or Tax Senior ($70k to $855) for 2 excellent, full-service CPA firms that are growing in the area. No CPA or EA is needed. I also have needs in PA, VA, Atlanta, So Florida and Texas. Our clients are top-ranked accounting firms in the industry. A Tax Senior Associate is responsible for applying tax foundational knowledge to understand potential tax issues, gathering client information necessary for filing. In this role, the Tax Senior will learn to work with the clients and be mentored in growing their craft. There are serious opportunities for advancement. Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities: - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Able to follow instructions as directed by members of the Tax Team - Able to prepare simple tax returns - Takes appropriate actions without being asked - Seeks advice of appropriate superiors regarding issues and problems related to compliance - Ability to effectively delegate work as needed - Able to work well in a team environment Education: - Bachelors degree in Accounting or other relevant field required Experience: - Two (2) to five (5) years of prior experience - Experience with individual and corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships preferred License/Certifications: CPA or EA is not required but would be a plus I NEED RECENT Public Accounting firm experience in the last 3 yrs.
