The TMT team consists of ~60 bankers split between NYC and SF, covering semiconductors, internet, and software. Associates operate as generalists across these verticals, gaining broad exposure and deal experience. The team is composed of professionals from top bulge brackets and elite boutiques, and the culture is known for being collaborative, supportive, and sustainable — especially for junior bankers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-momentum platform with strong leadership, a growing U.S. presence, and a clear need for associate-level talent. Responsibilities

Play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with deal teams and support senior bankers on high-profile transactions. Gain direct exposure to landmark deals and provide senior-level client service. Support career development through broad deal experience in technology-focused M&A, with opportunities across semiconductors, internet, and software. Key Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience , preferably in M&A, technology coverage, or capital markets. Strong analytical and technical skills , with proficiency in

financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring . Experience preparing

pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations . Solid foundation in

accounting, corporate finance, and market trends . Exceptional

communication skills , both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. A high level of

professionalism, attention to detail , and strong work ethic. Seniority level
