Job Location The candidate selected must reside near one of the following locations. Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week): Menlo Park, CA; Austin, TX. Remote locations: Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Toronto, Canada. Responsibilities
Lead and coach: manage and grow a high-performing team of Product Marketers; support development while also executing hands-on work as a player-coach. Own multi-product GTM strategy: drive go-to-market strategy and execution across a suite of evolving solutions; partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch products that win. Craft and evolve messaging: develop differentiated, value-driven messaging and positioning for target personas. Drive sales enablement: build and deliver programs, collateral, and tools for commercial and enterprise teams. Voice of the customer: champion customer insights through research and cross-functional collaboration; inform positioning, roadmap, and content. Scale core PMM processes: define scalable PMM workflows to ensure consistency and impact. Leverage AI for efficiency and insight: use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, performance analysis, and market intelligence. Measure and optimize: define KPIs for launches and campaigns; analyze results to iterate strategies and demonstrate business impact. Requirements
7–10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with recent experience managing or mentoring others. Proven success in strategic leadership and hands-on execution of high-impact marketing programs. Deep experience with go-to-market planning, product launches, and driving revenue outcomes. Strong foundation in market and customer research; ability to synthesize insights into action. Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present with clarity. Strong sales enablement instincts and a builder’s mindset; created messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and battlecards. Familiarity or enthusiasm for using AI to accelerate marketing execution and insights generation. Benefits
