Overview East West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team.

Underwriting: Performs risk rating on new and existing loans; analyzes financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisions. Make recommendations on the structure of credit for approval. Credit monitoring: Develop solutions for problem loan credit; responsible for credit risk and quality of the portfolio. Portfolio Management: Perform maintenance on portfolio of loans; maintain & expand client relationships; manage loan renewal process. Business Development: Participate in community and business functions; develop other deposit/services relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and directly related experience 2+ years of banking experience Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and ability to accurately risk-rate loans/credits; evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/credits Develop problem loan credit solutions Strong knowledge in Treasury, FX and Derivative products; demonstrated ability to coordinate the resources of the bank to bring effective full-service solutions to the company Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Seniority level
