About The Role You will act as the senior-most creative leader for one of the world's largest packaged goods companies. You will build client trust through your keen eye for overall brand consistency, leading a multidisciplinary team of creatives, designers, and production professionals. Lead and oversee a diverse range of advertising media projects, ensuring creative and production teams align with Monks' values, client objectives, and audience engagement. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client objectives and Monks' values, ensuring audience engagement and brand consistency. Drive creative excellence from pitch to final delivery, proactively identifying campaign needs beyond initial requests and producing compelling, well-designed presentations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-speed environment, pushing creative and technical boundaries to exceed brief expectations. Bring strong production thinking and problem-solving skills to the table, developing novel creative solutions for execution. Own the responsibility for flawless creative execution of projects, seeing them through from pitch to final delivery. Proactively thinking about how to create not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with the project’s objectives and requirements. Multitask multiple projects at once in a high speed environment to go above and beyond each brief and push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level. About You The essentials: You have at least 10 years of CD-level experience or 3-5 years of ECD-level experience in advertising at the highest level. You are adept at identifying growth opportunities within existing projects and possess strong client-facing skills, comfortable presenting creative concepts and strategies to key stakeholders. You are an inspiring and hands-on leader who can coach, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team. You can independently lead fast-paced projects but also love going the extra mile when painstakingly pushing running projects to perfection. You are highly confident in an environment where volume and assets at scale are the goal. You’re a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital/ AI technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for visual design. You are confident leading different types of work spanning from digital and social campaigns to hero films and TVCs. With strong pitching and presentation skills, you can represent Monks by showcasing our cases, capabilities and culture to clients. As part of a global company operating as one team across time zones, you need to be able to successfully direct work at a distance. You understand the process and politics of advertising inside out and know when to be pragmatic if that’s what it takes to keep things moving. A deep knowledge and understanding of Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / InDesign / After Effects. A passion for motion and editing would also be a plus. You are adept at directing remote teams across time zones, fostering a cohesive global operation. You possess a thorough understanding of the advertising process and its political landscape, demonstrating pragmatism when necessary to ensure progress. You have a deep knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, and After Effects, with a strong passion for motion graphics and editing.
