Sr. Program Manager – Supply Chain Decarbonization NAM You will serve as the senior program manager, services coordinator, project manager, and tactical implementation specialist for Supply Chain Decarcarbonization (SCD). The SCD program educates and engages Schneider clients’ suppliers on decarbonization levers to reduce the carbon footprint of the supply chain. You will be the main liaison and point of contact for the primary client and the client’s SCD and internal personnel throughout the program life cycle.
What will you do?
Project Management:
Collaborate in the transformation and ongoing standardization of materials and programming for Sustainability Business SCD implementation program
Regularly record and manage supplier and cohort data relevant to revenue forecasting, communications, contract information, etc. in Salesforce
Organize technology development team and marketing teams
Documentation and execution of a governance structure
Lead onboarding calls and organize educational session coordination
Develop and own project schedules for all simultaneous SCD programs
Cross-ESS Workstream Coordination:
Liaise with other Sustainability Business resources for upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support
Liaise with SE technology and marketing teams to capture requirements, and prioritize supply chain technology enhancements and marketing rollouts across the business
Program Management & Enhancement:
Work with and on behalf of the SE Sustainability Business to improve and enhance customer satisfaction regarding the delivery of SCD scopes of work
Collaborate with Business Development to optimize service offers, marketing collateral, and sales team awareness to acquire new clients and expand service revenue
Demonstrate and provide thought leadership on decarbonization, supply chain engagement, goal-setting, and program optimization for client benefit and value
Other duties as assigned
May include multi-region deliveries for SCD programs in NAM and elsewhere
Qualifications
Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related technical field with 4+ years of professional experience
Extensive project management experience with complex projects, ideally involving delivery through digital platforms or technologies
Strong interest in emerging energy services with a focus on supply chain sustainability program management and project management
Strong aptitude for learning new topics related to supply chain decarbonization, marketing communications, renewable energy development, and digitization
Versatility to work across multiple disciplines; creativity to formulate and implement service and deliverable enhancements
Ability to work with a large network of internal colleagues, including experience managing cross-disciplinary projects and delivering milestones on time
Proven ability to manage customer interactions, including calendar management, leading agendas, guiding clients through meetings, and summarizing key takeaways and action items
High commitment to company vision, values and excellent customer service with high-quality work product
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in electric power management, procurement, sustainability or renewable energy preferred
Consulting or advisory experience in sustainability preferred
Energy procurement and/or renewable energy procurement experience preferred
