Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Senior Manager, Finance and Strategy Addison Group is representing a fast growing technology company, who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Finance and Strategy to lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. This role is a critical partner to the executive team, providing insights, financial leadership, and data-driven recommendations to shape the company’s direction. Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling process. Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate business strategies into financial outcomes. Drive strategic analyses including market opportunity sizing, investment prioritization, and scenario modeling. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide executive-level reporting, board materials, and presentations to support decision-making. Manage and mentor a small, high-performing finance team, fostering growth and professional development. Continuously refine processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic finance, M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity experience. Exposure to fintech, financial services, or capital markets is required. Extensive experience creating and building complex financial models and exceptional analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and collaborate across teams. A proactive and curious mindset, with a track record of driving process improvement and innovative problem solving.
