We are seeking a visionary marketing leader who can define and drive integrated strategies that strengthen BIG’s leadership in the professional beauty space while growing consumer connection. The Senior Integrated Marketing Director will serve as a strategic brand leader across marketing and product development. This role is responsible for building and executing holistic go-to-market strategies that integrate product launches, education, digital, retail, and professional channels. They will oversee a team that includes a Social Media Manager and Brand Manager, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in Growth, Creative, Education, and Product Development. This role requires proven expertise in professional channel distribution and a strong ability to translate brand and product strategies into campaigns that drive measurable growth and long-term loyalty.

Define and lead the overall strategic direction for BIG’s integrated marketing efforts, ensuring alignment across brand, marketing, product, and product development.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build forward-looking strategies that fuel growth and strengthen positioning in professional channels.
Act as a key voice in brand evolution, ensuring storytelling, visual identity, and messaging resonate with both stylists and consumers.
Lead the development of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns that support product launches, education initiatives, and retail activations.
Work with Product Development to shape go-to-market plans and ensure the customer voice informs innovation and positioning.
Partner with Education to create stylist- and consumer-facing materials that increase product understanding, adoption, and loyalty.
Collaborate with Growth teams to ensure digital and performance marketing strategies align with broader brand objectives.
Work with Creative to deliver innovative campaigns, content, and storytelling across touchpoints.
Partner with Sales and Professional Channel leadership to drive distribution success and stylist engagement.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all campaigns, with a focus on revenue growth, stylist engagement, and brand health.
Use insights and analytics to refine strategies, optimize investments, and inform future planning.
Team & People Leadership
Manage, mentor, and inspire the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager, ensuring alignment of digital, brand, and integrated strategies.
Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
8–12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with proven success in professional beauty (haircare/color, and extensions strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead brand strategy, integrated marketing, and product go-to-market planning.
Experience managing and developing direct reports (brand management and social media/digital roles preferred).
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Data-driven, customer-first mindset with expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; highly adaptable and collaborative.
Benefits
Base pay of $160,000 and 10% annual bonus based on performance
401(k) with company match - dollar-for-dollar up to 4% - immediately vested
