Overview As a User Experience Designer on the Acquisitions team, you will be working with business, product, and engineers to develop high quality user-centered solutions. Collaboration, creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders on multiple projects to ensure customers' needs are met across all media. Documentation and delivery of flow charts, annotated wireframes, and other documentation that defines the user experience while providing direction to content writers creating specification documents. Works closely with our internal user researchers to support usability as well as prototype support. Serves as a user advocate supporting features and products throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the best experience implemented. A successful UX/UI Designer for the Acquisitions team is someone who can delve deeply into the details, present ideas with clarity, grasp complex nuances, and execute concepts by developing clear artifacts within set timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define experience goals and strategies. Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences. Collaborate with CX Researchers to conduct customer research and incorporate findings into design decisions. Define Micro & Macro interactions, flows, page structure, and Journeys to enhance the customer experience. Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business and ecosystem goals. Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions. Solve complex design problems while considering customer needs and technical constraints. Leverage user research, usability findings, and customer feedback to inform clean, elegant design with clear, intuitive steps. Education Preferred Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer Experience using UX/UI design software such as Figma is required. Other desirable experience: Adobe Suites, Sketch, Microsoft Suites, Azure RP, or Mural. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Seniority level
