Service Technician
with a strong background in Avaya systems and platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of the
Avaya Aura platform (R10) , Avaya Core Servers,
Avaya IX Messaging ,
RSI Accounting , and
Avaya IP, Digital, and Analog endpoints . You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize client Avaya-based telephony and messaging systems, ensuring peak performance and high-quality service. This is an onsite position located in Atlanta, Georgia. How to Apply

Avaya Aura platform R10 , core servers, software, and endpoints. Avaya IX Messaging Support: Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for
Avaya IX Messaging . Endpoint Management: Troubleshoot, configure, and support
Avaya IP, Digital, and Analog endpoints . RSI Accounting Configuration: Implement and maintain
RSI Accounting
in an Avaya environment. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software across
Avaya Core Servers
and related products. System Upgrades and Maintenance: Conduct upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance. Client Interaction: Work with clients, provide training, and advise on system improvements; ensure timely resolutions to concerns. Documentation: Maintain installation and troubleshooting documentation, updates to system logs and service reports. Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge. Qualifications
Experience with Avaya Systems: Extensive hands-on experience with
Avaya Aura platform R10
and
Avaya Core Servers . Avaya IX Messaging: Proficiency with
Avaya IX Messaging . RSI Accounting: Experience implementing and supporting
RSI Accounting . Avaya Endpoints: Strong knowledge of
Avaya IP, Digital, and Analog endpoints . Technical Troubleshooting: Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Customer Focus: Strong customer service and communication skills. Work Independently: Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Avaya Certifications:
ACSS
or
ACIS
are strongly preferred. Advanced Networking Skills: Familiarity with networking protocols and VoIP/troubleshooting as they relate to telecommunication systems. Cloud Integration Experience: Knowledge of
Avaya Cloud Office
and on-premise integration. VoIP and Unified Communications: Solid understanding of
