Digital Solutions Analyst . The successful candidate will collaborate with client business and technical staff to determine functional requirements and integration methodology for the design, configuration and deployment of our Digital Solutions. Global Operations drives innovation and focuses on delivering world-class services and solutions to customers and business units, as well as new capabilities and efficiencies that support growth investments. Global Operations oversees the operations of Global Records and Information Management, Global Real Estate, Global Safety, Risk & Security, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Global Imaging, Global Business Services, and Global Operations Transformation. Perform clients needs analysis (CNA) to understand current clients business challenges. Design and implement the solution, including installation, configuration, workflows, reporting, quality checks, training and go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Design and develop integration services and embed the code in the application. Provide reports and feedback to Management regarding running projects and make suggestions for improvements. Identify new opportunities for the specific service (business generation) by applying technology to business processes. Build, develop, and grow relationships vital to the success of the project internally and externally. Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related Business Analysis field. Relevant experience is considered a strong advantage. Experience with enterprise content management solutions is advantageous. Written and verbal fluency in Greek and English. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Results orientation, time-management skills, and ability to prioritise and work under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A high standard of ethics and integrity. What we offer
