Network Engineer - with Security Clearance

Job Description: Serve as a Network engineer supporting a government customer Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in: o Level design, implementation, and management of NAC solutions o Utilization of CISCO network devices including load balancers o LINUX servers, and CISCO appliances Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NAC policies and profiles Monitor network traffic for, and proactively address potential security Collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure network security standards align with business objectives Translate customer requirements into enterprise network solutions Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph BS in Computer Science or related 16 years of experience and specialized focus on: o Network Access Control (NAC) o Particularly with significant expertise in CISCO network appliances Deep understanding of network security principles Proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing endpoint validation Proven SME as a CISCO Network Engineer with a focus on Network Security Strong proficiency with NAC platforms In-depth knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP stack, and OSI model Experience with firewall management software such as Cisco FTD Experience with NAC platforms/management & Cisco ISE (preferred) Experience with Linux Operating Systems (OS) and Python scripting Cloud Service Provider and hybrid cloud experience o (on-premise networks and cloud such as AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google) Industry certifications such as: o CCNA Security, CCNP Security, REDHAT Certified Architect (RHCA) Required: Active TS/SCI w/ FSP Job Type: Full-timebfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
