Server Assistant
The Server Assistant supports servers and bartenders by ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests. This role helps maintain smooth service flow, restocks supplies, and delivers exceptional guest experiences by working as part of the service team. Responsibilities include: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor when assisting servers. Clear tables quickly and efficiently between courses and after guests leave. Reset tables with proper place settings, glassware, and condiments. Refill water or soda as needed. Assist servers and bartenders by running food and drinks to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and bar support areas. Restock utensils, napkins, glassware, and other supplies throughout shifts. Support overall guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications include: Respectful and supportive of fellow team members. Passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. TIPS certifiable. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motion tasks. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Comfortable working safely with chemicals and equipment.
