Job Description
Gridiron IT is looking for a Senior level ServiceNow Developer to join our visible technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure with ServiceNow at the center (hub and spoke architecture). Infrastructure includes modern application technology including both out of box and customer solutions with orchestrated workflows with customer tool APIs. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community.
Responsibilities
Create, deploy and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environment Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through ServiceNow to ensure customer data integrity and security Utilize DevSecOps tools to include Foreman, GitLab, Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and maintain Tool changes Architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources to work with ServiceNow Work within complex modern cloud architectures Create and update technical documentation (e.g., user guides, 'how to' guides, infrastructure diagrams) Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership Work effectively in a group environment Create automated testing plans Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally Utilize robust troubleshooting skills Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team Required Qualifications We are actively seeking candidates with 10-15 years' ServiceNow experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is required. Specific skills include the following:
At a minimum, meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification) Possess ServiceNow Certifications Expertise working with ServiceNow utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or DevSecOps on iterative development projects Solid administrative/engineering rigor Solid ability to verify and validate ServiceNow and systems integrated with ServiceNow (end to end and regression) Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure) Strong documentation skills Familiar with Agile Methodologies Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories Experience and comfortability with Basic DevOps Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab) Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) and experience developing automated test plans for both security and functional requirements Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes Preparation and maintenance of ServiceNow components Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, FlowDesigner, and SAM Experience with DevSecOps testing Solid Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP Solid understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments Experience configuring and instrumenting monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk) to work with ServiceNow
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience with Cloud solution optimization Experience configuring and instrumenting tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (AppDynamics, DynaTrace) Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques Assist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains SharePoint admin experience IBM Enterprise Lifcycle Management experience TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience Tableau experience Clearance

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $185,000 - $225,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
