Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors to develop accurate and competitive bids. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain databases of historical costs and industry pricing trends to inform estimates.
