We are currently seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.
- Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and change orders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Participate in estimating, bidding, and pre-construction planning efforts.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
