Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Houston, TX.

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 months

Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in alignment with project goals.

• Conduct impact and gap analyses to identify process improvements and risks.

• Facilitate requirement workshops and meetings with stakeholders and users.

• Perform process and use case mapping to support functional and technical teams.

• Analyze business cases and provide guidance to technical and vendor teams.

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and implemented.

Skills:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Skilled in impact analysis, gap analysis, and business process mapping.

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead requirement workshops.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) skills.

• Demonstrated success in guiding both technical teams and vendor teams.

• Experience facilitating workshops and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
