Job Description:
Provide essential clerical and administrative support within power delivery operations, utilizing systems like Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Passport, and Impromptu to manage data entry, customer outreach, and report generation. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while prioritizing customer requests such as bill inquiries and payment escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to audit work and suggest process improvements. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and consistently meet weekly performance metrics. This primarily remote role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of relevant experience, intermediate Excel skills, and familiarity with utility operations is a plus. Equipment like laptop and headset is provided; candidates must supply their own monitors if needed.
