Overview
Location: New England (MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, and ME). Field-based - candidate preferred to reside in Boston. EPM Scientific is partnered with a pioneering biopharma that has reimagined how early-stage science is translated into breakthrough therapies. They are seeking a KOL Engagement Director to lead strategic initiatives in the Cardiovascular space. You will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class KOL engagement strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring insights from the field inform commercial success for a newly launched product. This is a unique and highly visible opportunity to join this organization's new expansion of their KOL Field Engagement team. Design and implement KOL identification, mapping, and engagement strategies in the cardiology space Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and community physicians Lead the development and execution of speaker programs, ad boards, and congress management plans Develop tools and platforms to track and manage KOL interactions and insights Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategy Qualifications
10+ years' experience (sales, marketing, medical affairs in pharma/biotech OR clinical experience as an NP or PA in a hospital) Must reside in Boston, MA Cardiology and/or heart failure experience is required Proven success in KOL engagement, speaker bureau management, and congress planning Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to adapt and drive results in a dynamic environment Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about improving patient outcomes Seniority level
