We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.What You Will Be DoingAs an early Neros employee, you will help decide the direction of our future. We are looking for someone who can drive the development, design, and manufacturing of our PCBs used for our drones. You will work closely with the rest of the engineering team to understand engineering constraints, design and optimize for requirements, and perform component selection. New grads with internship/hobby/work experience in these areas are highly encouraged to apply.You should have the following8+ years of industry experience in a fast paced startup or manufacturing environmentExperience with full stack electrical product development including: requirements definition, schematic design, PCB layout/manufacturing, debugging, and production testingStrong knowledge of Altium DesignerEmbedded programming skills, specifically on STM platformsStrong lab skills (Oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc)Automated testing experienceSMT soldering / PCB modsAbility to obtain US top secret security clearanceNice to haveUAV electronics design experience (PX4 / Ardupilot flight controller design or similar)Experience with analog video systems (CVBS / PAL / NTSC)Experience with digital video systems (e.g. MIPI-CSI)Experience with camera designExperience with BLDC motor driversExperience with RF communication, DSP, or FPGAsExperience with LoRaControls experience (e.g. PID controllers)Experience with Antennas and RF routingUS Salary Range$150,000 - $210,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
