Our Danvers warehouse is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Clerk II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes. No CDL license is required. Compensation: Base hourly rate: $23/hr, Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus, PTO - 4 weeks / year, Paid holidays - 10 / year, 401(k) with up to 6% match, Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, and more, Fully subsidized Bachelors degree programs paid up front! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet productivity goals. Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials. Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support overall warehouse efficiency. Operate and drive a 24-foot box truck as part of daily operations (no CDL needed) Qualifications: Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred. Comfort and ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training and support provided). Experience with warehouse equipment such as ride-on pallet jacks, reach jacks, and stand up fork lifts preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
