Sewell Kia is seeking a Vehicle Inventory Team Leader to oversee all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory. This role ensures vehicles are properly received, inspected, stocked, merchandised, and ready for sale while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You'll partner closely with sales, service, and management to keep the flow of inventory seamless and guest-ready.

Lead inventory team members, setting standards for speed, accuracy, and accountability Own the entire vehicle inventory process from arrival to front-line readiness Ensure accuracy of all vehicle records, including titles, invoices, and software entries Maintain lot organization, presentation, and merchandising to Sewell standards What You'll Get
