In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting customers and sales representatives, ensuring every order - from tree to delivery - is handled with care and holiday spirit.
Schedule:
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed Pay:
$18/hr.
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service to build strong, lasting relationships. Handle pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, orders, and support with professionalism. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and shipping options. Manage incoming calls related to returns, promotions, samples, and order referrals. Track and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery, while proactively addressing any issues. Resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately to maintain satisfaction. Keep accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and customer interactions. Build knowledge of our products and customers' needs to recommend the best solutions. What We're Looking For:
Must have previous customer service experience or call center experience. Must have computer skills (Microsoft apps) A strong communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues with patience and positivity. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Customer-focused with a genuine interest in creating a positive experience.
