Direct Loan Processor Specialist I Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-site) Pay:

$22 per hour Location: Sacramento, Ca General Description

The Direct Loan Processor Specialist I is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service throughout the consumer loan process-from application through funding. This role requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound consumer loan-related calls while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with internal teams to support complex loan questions, escalations, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound loan-related calls while processing applications.

Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries.

Analyze financial data, collect required documentation, and prepare accurate loan documents.

Verify DMV documentation to record liens on loan collateral.

Audit loan files and related documents for compliance, accuracy, and authenticity.

Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.

Identify and mitigate potential fraud, suspicious activity, or identity theft.

Conduct member interviews, review proof of income, and ensure loan conditions are met for funding.

Prepare and distribute approved loan documents.

Communicate professionally via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.

Support escalated calls and assist with department inquiries as needed.

Continuously develop skills to improve processes and departmental performance.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced call center or loan processing environment.

Strong multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling high call volumes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn loan processing systems.

Knowledge of consumer loans (auto and personal loans preferred).

Experience with DMV titling and lien filing is a plus.

Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
