Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Are you an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer support, where you'll gain core skills and product knowledge under the guidance of our experienced leadership team.
What You'll Do: Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. Resolve routine issues like phone activations, order tracking, and general complaints. Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate account records. Help coordinate with service providers, help desks, and other teams to ensure great service. Perform data entry and process customer orders. Act as an intermediary to prevent unnecessary upselling from service providers. Starting Pay: $16/hr
Available Shifts: We have several schedules available, and we are currently prioritizing applicants for the following shifts:
Four-day work week: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Five-day work week: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm (may include weekend days) Initial training schedule will be 11:30 am - 8:00 pm before transitioning to the normal shift. Other available shifts for future openings include:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm (five days/week, may include weekend days)
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing or high-volume environment. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances. This is a position that plays a foundational role in the Customer Service department. It has a Public Trust (High) risk designation, which will require a Background Investigation. We're excited to see what you can bring to our team!
