This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor. This position exists to perform advanced technical and administrative support services in the areas of transactions, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and benefits. Duties include assisting with the administration of our benefits program, providing consultation regarding FMLA and other leave @types, and processing personnel transactions. Minimum Qualifications Two years of technical experience in Human Resources that includes: Experience applying federal, state, and or employment contract language, personnel rules, personnel and payroll policy and procedure as it pertains to employee transactions, payroll, and benefit processes. Experience with database management, electronic spreadsheets, and word processing software sufficient to track HR data, create spreadsheets, and draft presentations or correspondence. Experience with a comprehensive data management system such as SEMA4 sufficient to manage, track, and code employee information. Experience providing employment benefit information to employees. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with collective bargaining agreements and plans. Previous experience with administering and tracking FMLA. Advanced SEMA4 experience. Additional Requirements Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history checks.
