Patient Services Representative

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Patient Service Representative's to join their Gastroenterology (GI) and Urology Clinics in San Francisco. They are looking for someone who is a dependable, quick thinker and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume. Their day to day consists of write back, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and other front office duties that may be needed.

EPIC Experience Previous patient or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual Gastroenterology/urology knowledge
