Real Estate Services Coordinator
The Real Estate Services Coordinator will be the face of the building and provide day-to-day support to property management operations across three buildings. This includes tenant service coordination, vendor interaction, operational and administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for onsite visitors and tenants Answer the building doorbell and respond to tenant requests professionally Manage and code invoices; assist with operational property management tasks Coordinate with vendors, issue and manage key fobs, and support access needs Handle broker and visitor interactions Provide concierge-style customer service and represent the property management team Support property managers across three buildings Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong customer service orientation; must be comfortable engaging with tenants and visitors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance (business casual dress) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented -Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Basic financial acumen Entry-level candidates welcome, including recent college graduates
