What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will join our Global Commercial Digital Innovation team. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying complex software applications, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment. Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology
Develop innovative solutions leveraging advanced data-driven algorithms and computational techniques
Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, AWS preferred
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements
Work closely with product team, business team, and other stakeholders

Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree
Masters degree and 2 years of software development experience
Bachelors degree and 4 years of software development experience
Associates degree and 8 years of software development experience
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of software development experience
Preferred Qualifications Functional Skills:
Must-Have Skills: Hands on experience with various cloud services; understand pros and cons of various cloud service in well architected cloud design principles
Hands on experience with Full Stack software development. Proficient in Python (preferred), JavaScript (including ReactJS), SQL/NoSQL
Strong problem solving, analytical skills; Ability to learn quickly; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good-to-Have Skills: API integration, serverless, microservices architecture
Experience in SQL/NOSQL database, vector database for large language models
Experience with website development and localization processes
Experience with popular large language models; LangChain or llamaIndex framework for language models; prompt engineering, model fine tuning
Experience with DevOps CI/CD build and deployment pipelines
Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, test-driven development
Knowledge of latest techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis
Cloud Computing certificate preferred
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
