1. Perform daily lot check for trailer inventory. 2. Analyzes customer requirements and shipping windows to leveled workforce as required. 3. Generate ASNs in the system for every shipment departing from the plant with Finished Goods and verify these are received in the customer portal on time as required. 4. Review and respond to all customer calls in the system and as well by phone to provide status on shipments, trucks located at the plant, ASN status and any other information required by the customer. 5. Maintain documentation control for all the shipments departing from the plant as well as for all the products coming back to the plant as returnable packaging, reject materials, etc. 6. Monitor Finished Good Inventory levels and report any shortage against Customer Shipping Schedule to Shipping Area Leader. 7. Monitor Finished Good Racks levels and report any shortage against Production Requirements to Shipping Area Leader. 8. Perform Inventory Cycle Counts, report any inventory discrepancy and report to Area Leader. 9. Reprint barcode labels as required. 10. Monitor FIFO in the system. 11. Serves as a backup to the Hostler Driver/Material Handler. 12. Record all shipments in EOS/Delivery Performance log. 13. Report or communicate any trailer issues to the carrier. 14. Act as backup Customer Liaison performing duties of that role as needed. 15. Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems' and Magna's operating principles. 16. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required

Ability to drive a forklift and pass the forklift certification course

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical skills, excellent at managing data at a detail level

Business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment in the course of executing daily responsibilities

Creative thinker, able to define, implement and/or lead process improvement activity

Able to address and resolve ambiguity; prioritize, multi-task and work independently

Experience with FIFO/inventory control

Ability to learn how to operate a Hostler o Must pass both written and practical test

Hostler or tractor-trailer experience a plus but not required Physical Demands:

Continuous walking, standing, and sitting

Repetitive lifting up to 55lbs.

Flexible hours to meet customer/project demands Environmental Conditions: The work environment is office and manufacturing plant. The environment can be high pressure and requires accuracy and attention to detail. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with team members, management, customers and suppliers.
