Position: Permitting Inspection Scheduler
Location: Irving, TX (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a
Permitting Inspection Scheduler
at West Shore Home, you will efficiently schedule and optimize resources to meet municipal requirements for inspections through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages for all locations.
Key Role Accountabilities: Efficiently schedules inspections and optimizes resources to meet targets, through high-volume calling (50+ calls/day). Takes ownership of the customer experience by conducting all additional assignments to ensure we are Delivering Happiness to Every Home. Place outbound calls to customers to schedule and inspections as needed. Attend scheduled meetings with Ops Teams and Customer Service to identify when jobs are ready for inspections. Must-Have Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to maintain regular, punctual in person attendance consistent with the ADAAA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Benefits:
