What You'll Do
As a Host, you are the first and last touchpoint for our Guests - and your impact is unforgettable. You'll greet with sincerity, guide with confidence, and create the tone for every visit
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Welcoming each Guest with warmth, authenticity, and a sense of occasion Managing reservations and Guest flow using the SevenRooms system Executing proper seating protocol with poise and polish Anticipating Guest needs and recognizing key moments like birthdays or anniversaries Communicating clearly with the service team to ensure smooth transitions Contributing to the cleanliness, flow, and energy of the front of house Delivering a graceful farewell experience - from coat check to valet coordination Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every Guest Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect
What We're Looking For
Some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred A Guest-first mindset and positive attitude A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead Why M Street?
