Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ashland, MT. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and benefits administration. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and training, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ashland, MT
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the educational sector or understanding Native American cultures is a plus
