Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the State Data Warehouse, creating software for data loading and quality assurance of third-party vendor data used in forecasting, performance tools, and consulting projects.
Manage implementation and maintenance of data workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance data processes.
Contribute to the development of next-generation systems to improve timeliness and efficiency of analytics.
Develop user stories and product backlogs for primary products, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Own the lifecycle of key products, acting as an expert in related areas.
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into actionable stories.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder interviews, and testing to ensure requirements are met.
Lead refinement sessions, promote continuous improvement, and collaborate with development teams.
Write SQL queries, review application data, and identify discrepancies.
Partner with stakeholders to set strategic directions and improve user experience.
Mentor team members, ensure adherence to procedures, and utilize metrics for continuous improvement.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, coding, claims processing, data management, application testing, SDTM, Python, SQL, data analysis, machine learning, cloud computing, and visualization tools.
Experience can be gained concurrently. This is a telecommute position within the United States.
Salary range: $117,975.78 - $155,500.00 per year. The position is incentive eligible.
