As a Staff Salesforce Engineer, you will join one of our feature delivery teams working to deliver new product functionality and customer-requested enhancements leveraging the Salesforce technology stack. You will work with a dynamic, highly collaborative team focused on delivering the best experience for our customers, using our cloud-based software implemented on the Force.com platform. You will utilize technologies such as Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, React, etc., and establish relationships with customers, product managers, and teams to translate requirements into exceptional products. A passion for writing clean code, leveraging design patterns, authoring robust unit tests, and thorough testing is essential. The Skill Set : Custom development with force.com, Apex classes, triggers, components, VisualForce pages, and SOQL Deep knowledge of Apex REST Services and Salesforce Platform APIs (REST, Metadata, UI, Tooling) Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) and Git (Github, Bitbucket, etc.) Understanding of Salesforce limits to work around blockers Advanced system administration and configuration skills (Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Flow, Approval Processes, Security, Permissions) Efficient effort estimation and balancing polish with speed Customer engagement to understand use cases and gather feedback Background in computer science fundamentals Focus on quality solutions: testing, unit tests, TDD Participation in agile teams and processes Writing modular, reusable, scalable code Within 60 Days, You’ll : Become Sitetracker Certified Complete your Development Plan and ramp up on our technology stack and design patterns Integrate as a full SCRUM/KANBAN team member Deliver minor enhancements and bug fixes Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Sitetracker product and extension methods Collaborate with senior developers on solution architecture Learn our deployment process with your manager Within 180 Days, You’ll : Become an expert in multiple modules of the Sitetracker product Understand best practices and assist new developers Perform code reviews following Sitetracker standards Identify and address technical debt Within 365 Days, You’ll : Build and ship large modules Serve as a technical expert for features and modules Collaborate to debug customer issues Volunteer for initiatives to improve developer efficiency Participate in customer meetings, gather requirements, explain solutions Write clean, scalable, and customer-loved features Serve as a subject matter expert for your developed features Salary: $0 - $0 per year About Sitetracker Founded ten years ago, Sitetracker focuses on managing critical infrastructure projects, initially in telecommunications, now expanding to utilities, smart cities, and energy sectors.
