Customer Service Specialist , you'll act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and utilities-resolving billing and operational issues primarily through Salesforce.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities Handle and resolve escalated Salesforce cases related to billing and operations Act as an intermediary between customers, internal stakeholders, and utilities Provide professional customer support with a focus on issue resolution and service excellence Maintain detailed case documentation and follow-ups Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely case resolution Demonstrate effective prioritization and time management in an independent work environment Customer Service Specialist Qualifications
Must be local to Houston, TX and able to work
8 AM-5 PM CST Hybrid role;
in-office attendance required every Wednesday Home office setup required (monitors, keyboard, headphones, mouse) Strong background in
customer service
and issue resolution Proficient in basic Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with adaptability, attention to detail, and prioritization skills Preferred: Experience with
Salesforce ,
Order-to-Cash systems , and familiarity with the
energy market No degree or minimum years of experience required-relevant experience is preferred
