Location: Fort Mill, SC, USA (Remote only near Fort Mill)
Application Developer - Feature Flags (.NET / Python / Angular / JavaScript) Purpose: Build and govern feature-flagged applications using LaunchDarkly across multiple tech stacks. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement server- and client-side LaunchDarkly SDKs in .NET, Python, Angular, and JavaScript. Define flag lifecycles, naming conventions, and governance rules (targets, cohorts, retirement). Embed A/B testing and guarded rollout logic in application code. Partner with SRE and Release teams to surface flag metrics and rollback triggers. Produce developer playbooks, code samples, and peer training sessions. Must-Have Skills
5+ yrs full-stack development (.NET Core, Python, Angular, React/JS). 1+ yrs hands-on with LaunchDarkly (or Unleash/Split) feature-flag architecture. Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and unit / integration testing. Familiarity with Git workflows, pull-request reviews, and CI pipelines
