We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily schedules, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor progress and report project status to management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
