Overview

We are seeking two Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unload incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders. Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull and pack orders according to customer specifications. Ensure orders are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Putaways: Place items in their designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors and general upkeep. Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs.
• Forklift Operation: Operate sit-down forklifts, both propane and electric. Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with will call orders in a professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

• Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred.
• Ability to operate propane and electric forklifts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
• Forklift Operator experience is a preferred.

Additional Information

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
