Position

• Title: Warehouse Associate
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Type: Full-Time
• Work Arrangement: In Office

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager.
• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against records (manifests, invoices, or orders).
• Communicate with leadership to address issues such as damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications.
• Place received inventory in correct locations and assist in inventory organization and maintenance.
• Perform order picking and assist with shipping to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Sort and load delivery trucks and verify deliveries and paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, 2-wheel dollies, and order picker lifts; lift items up to 75 pounds as required.
• Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Apply sound decision-making and safety practices to address challenges in daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.
• 0–1 year of warehouse experience; prior equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check post-offer acceptance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods; bend, twist, kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed.
• Use hands to handle and control objects and tools.
