WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is seeking several Warehouse Associates for a catalog distribution company in Chattanooga, TN. This position requires cross training and regular alternating between Order Picking, Quality Control, Packing, Receiving, and Stocking duties. Positions have temporary to hire opportunity based on performance over 90 days.

Qualified Candidates MUST have a longevity of 1 -plus years of experience in a warehouse or equivalent.

Pay Rate s and Bonus:

A shift: $15.50 per hour PLUS a biweekly productivity bonus up to $5 more an hour

B shift: $16.00 per hour PLUS a biweekly productivity bonus up to $5 more an hour

Schedule and Hours

All shifts currently working 12-hour days 5-days a week

A shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

Warehouse Associates Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pull orders on each batch
2. Verify that order is complete to send to shipping
3. Scan merchandise with a hand scanner
4. Stock shelves when needed
5. Count, weigh and measure items from incoming shipments

Warehouse Associates Job Qualifications and Requirements

1. MUST have 2-3 years of related experience in one job to be considered
2. Standing, walking & moving consistently
3. Basic computer skills and use of RF devices
4. Required to lift 50lbs
5. High school diploma or GED
6. Clear Background Check and Drug Screen Required
