Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Shipping Associate to help keep our operations running smooth and bright. As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will play a vital role in support of our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete shipments by processing, packing, labeling, and staging orders
• Verify shipment contents against shipping documents
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate with warehouse team members and supervisors regarding order status
• Assist in inventory counts and other general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse shipping or a similar role
• Familiarity with shipping software, scanners, and warehouse systems is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
