Overview
Join AZAD as an Administrative Assistant and provide confidential and professional administrative and clerical support to the Construction and Maintenance Transmission Field Services organization within a regional power utility. This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The position is based in Vancouver, WA and is hybrid with onsite work one to two days weekly. The hourly pay rate for this position is $23.62 (includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57).
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and professional administrative and clerical support to the Construction and Maintenance Transmission Field Services organization.
- Follow specific guidelines, references, and systems to perform recurring office procedures.
- Assist with travel arrangements, timekeeping, and a variety of data entry tasks (inventory, vehicle mileage, utility bills, etc.).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3 years of related administrative/customer service experience or equivalent combination is required.
- Advanced keyboarding/typing skills and experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and operating common office equipment.
- Experience performing travel processing for a company is desired.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
- Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
